Never Trust a Friendly Stranger with Your Bike!

In this classic clip from Everybody Hates Chris, Chris gets a brand new purple bicycle. His parents set two strict rules: his father orders him never to let anyone else ride it, while his mother restricts him to riding within their block. Despite the warnings, Chris meets a neighborhood kid known as "Fat Mike." Fat Mike manages to gain Chris's trust and asks to ride the bike "just to the corner." Chris reluctantly agrees, only to watch Fat Mike ride away and disappear with his new bike. For the next two days, Chris desperately looks for Fat Mike around the neighborhood and avoids telling his mother the truth. When Fat Mike finally reappears riding the bicycle back to Chris, he delivers an absurd yet hilarious excuse: he claims he kept the bike for two days because Chris's mother said not to let anyone else ride it, so he was "protecting" Chris from getting into trouble!
