Minneapolis: more footage reveals new angle on fatal ICE shooting

Mobile phone footage has just emerged which appears to have been filmed by the immigration agent who shot a mother-of-three in Minneapolis on Wednesday. In it, Renee Good can be seen sitting in her car, blocking the road, and smiling at the officer approaching her.
