Here's what I eat in a typical day at 48 years old. From breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and a few supplements, these are my go to foods and more. I am a creature of habit, and really eat these things most days of the week, and rarely go out to eat. I wanna know exactly what's going in my body, and I feel like it's working pretty well so far!

Egg Roll Bowl Recipe:
1 pound ground chicken or beef
1/2 large onion, diced
6 cloves garlic, minced
20 ounces green cabbage, thinly sliced
3/4 teaspoon sesame oil
1.5 tablespoons tamari soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon rice vinegar or lime juice
1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
Sriracha sauce
Sesame seeds
Ghee or butter
Salt
For the Egg Roll Bowl, preheat a large pan just above medium heat for a couple minutes. Add 1 tablespoon of ghee, wait 20 seconds, then add the ground chicken along with 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Break up the meat well and allow to cook just until it’s cooked through. Remove from pan, lower heat to medium-low. Add 2 teaspoons of oil to the pan along with the onions and a small pinch of salt. Raise the heat back to medium and cook for 7 minutes until soft, then add the garlic. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the garlic is soft.
Add the sliced cabbage to the pan along with 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Stir the cabbage well to coat it in the oil, onions, and garlic. Cook for 3 minutes then add the tamari sauce, toasted sesame oil, rice vinegar or lime juice, sriracha, ginger powder, and mix well. Cook until their cabbage is wilted, but still has a nice bit to it. Check for seasoning, you may need more tamari.
Turn heat down to medium-low and add the chicken back to the pan along with the sesame seeds. Mix well & serve!
