I bought aircon for under £200. Does it actually work?

After too many sleepless nights I decided it was finally time to invest in some air conditioning. Being tight I found this portable aircon at Screwfix for £174.99. Surely at that price it can’t possibly work?? If you’re interested the model number is WAP31A15E but I suspect this will be marketed OEM under various different brands worldwide. 1500W cooling capacity (approx. 5000BTU). Need some help?
