First Time Going Home To Negros Occidental 🇵🇭

If you're new here, I'm Kim. I'm half Filipina, half Turkish-Cypriot, my mum was born and raised in Negros Occidental. One thing that's always been important to me is making sure my children know where they come from. I wanted her apo (grandchildren) to see the place where Lola grew up, walk the same paths, and stand on the same soil she did as a little girl. I'm very sentimental in that sense, and I believe there's something special about knowing your family's roots. So we went back.
