Donald Trump says countries that are upset by high fuel prices should "go get your own oil" from the Strait of Hormuz. The US president directed his Truth Social post at the UK, saying the US would no longer be there "to help you anymore". Iran has put a chokehold on traffic leaving the Gulf following the launch of the US-Israeli war on Iran. The UK initially refused to allow US aircraft to use British bases for the strikes, saying the war might break international law.
