On the first day, players were led through the walls of the containment zone where they could survive by building bases with hardened blocks, looting structures and by trading resources at the outpost. Although most of the story is unmodified, some players had roles to enable the plot, and some scenes were re recorded after the event to enhance the story for viewing purposes.
